After working for 3M, Henkal and Dymachem at director level, Brian established The Supplies House with the aim of professionalising the cleaning supplies industry. He is responsible for planning, strategy and supplier negotiations. Brian is a member of the CSSA and the Worshipful Company of Environmental Cleaners, and Patron to the Oppo Foundation.

Northern Regional Manager
With over 20 years experience Lisa is a long standing senior member of staff and a qualified Chartered Manager. She has several key roles in the company including; Managing our office and distribution centre in the north and midlands, Quality Manager for our ISO quality and environmental certifications, overseeing the Customer Services and Administration, Purchasing and Accounts.
Client Liaison/Key Account Manager
Janet spent the bulk of her career in facilities and accommodation management, before joining The Supplies House Janet worked for ten years as College General Manager at Roehampton Institute. She looks after customer relations.
Anneka Andrews has extensive customer service experience and is responsible for handling queries, processing orders, and are the first point of contact for clients. Their extensive knowledge of our customers’ needs and diligence with the ordering process means no problem is too big, and no order is too small.
Logistics, warehouse and delivery staff
The warehouse and delivery staff can be the unsung heroes of the operation. They work hard behind the scenes to make sure customers deliveries happen on time every time.
We believe in “giving something back” to the community and are proud to be involved in many community projects. Because we are a close knit team, we tend to get involved in projects that our staff or clients are personally associated with.
